Howdy,
Well, if you’re reading this, you probably know November is NaNoWriMo. Write a book in a month – holy cow! Even just a 50,000-word draft is a tall order. Besides, my problem is not putting down words so much as it is putting down the right words.
Having said that, I do, for the very first time I might add, have a NaNoWriMo goal. Having just finished The Great Rewrite, I’m setting aside the novel for a bit. So, my goal, however lame it might be, is to knock out a short story, including having it completely edited, by the end of the month. It’s a tall order, for me anyway, but I’ll give it the college try.
