Dan Rice pens the young adult urban fantasy series The Allison Lee Chronicles and other speculative fiction, both short and long, in the wee hours of the morning. The Allison Lee Chronicles kicks off with his award-winning debut, Dragons Walk Among Us, which Kirkus Reviews calls, "An inspirational and socially relevant fantasy." The series' third installment is out now, and the fourth and final volume will be out in early 2026 with a bit of good fortune.
When he is not writing, working at his day job, or performing his many soccer dad duties, Dan enjoys photography and hiking through the wilderness with his darling wife.
